Shepherd Restoration was founded by Andrew Kouns of Murrells Inlet, SC. Andrew has lived most of his life in the Pawleys Island, Murrells Inlet area and has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to insurance claims and the restoration industry. A few of his credentials include:
